Ak sa c\u00edtime v tejto poz\u00edcii dobre, pri \u010fal\u0161om v\u00fddychu polo\u017e\u00edme chrb\u00e1t na zem a ruky d\u00e1me za hlavu. Trikr\u00e1t sa v tejto polohe nad\u00fdchneme a vyd\u00fdchneme a pomaly sa za\u010dneme dv\u00edha\u0165. Cvi\u010di\u0165 m\u00f4\u017eeme dvakr\u00e1t denne, r\u00e1no a ve\u010der.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Tich\u00e9 cvi\u010denie<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Princ\u00edpom tich\u00e9ho cvi\u010denia je pohyb v pokoji, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee telo sa neh\u00fdbe, je pokojn\u00e9 a tich\u00e9.
